Recently, a source from the famous leaker DigiTal Chat Station has just shared with us quite interesting information related to Xiaomi’s upcoming Redmi K40s.

According to the report, this smartphone will come with Snapdragon 870 processor. Furthermore, the device will come with a 50MP main camera that can take photos with a resolution of 6,144 x 8,192 pixels.

As for display quality, the source today said that Redmi K40s will use a high-end OLED panel, measuring 6.7 inches, supporting Full-HD + resolution (2,400 x 1,080 pixels) and refresh rate. 120Hz. It’s a bit unfortunate that this screen is only designed to be flat, not the more common curved or semi-curved OLED panels.

Interestingly, a previous leak suggested that the Xiaomi 11T phone that will launch in the next few days will be renamed Redmi K40s when it launches in China.

It is known that there are two models in the Xiaomi 11T series. The high-end version is equipped with Snapdragon 888 chip, integrated with a large 5,000mAh battery and supports 120W super fast charging. Overall, the overall configuration of this phone is similar to the Xiaomi MIX 4.

Hopefully in the next few days, we will see more information about Redmi K40s appearing on websites.
