Destiny 2 The focus on buildcrafting has been on monochromatic builds in recent months. Bungie wants players to use the same element types for subclasses and weapons in match game content as well. Thankfully, using Void is fairly easy.
The Void 3.0 subclass is incredibly powerful and can hold its own in the endgame, but what about the Void weapons? Most of the Void weapons in Destiny 2 are quite powerful, and some weapons form the entire PvE meta. This list covers the 10 best Void weapons available in Destiny 2 that go well with Void’s various keyword buffs and debuffs.
Updated by Charles Burgar on 16 April 2023: You can get new Void weapons in Season of Defiance, some of which are pretty amazing choices for PvE. Updated this list to include Rough Language and Leviathan’s Breath. The former is a fantastic extra killing GL and the latter is arguably the top DPS option because it has received so many buffs. We’ve also made a few adjustments to reflect sandbox changes and acquisition method adjustments.
This list focuses on PvE content above all else. The entries are in no particular order.
10 Veles-X
How to obtain: I bought it from the tower’s Exotic Kiosk.
Bungie hasn’t released a basic ritual weapon for quite some time, so how does Veles-X compare to most metaweapons? It’s surprisingly good if you build it around. This is currently the only pulse rifle in Destiny 2 where you can get the Repulsor Brace and Golden Tricorn. A perfect base for Gyrfalcon Hunters and Sentinel Titans in the same role. Use volatile bullets for a long time on this weapon.
For PvP, it’s a standard pulse rifle. Tunnel Vision and Kill Clip are solid rolls but beat the competition. Parallax is much better for dueling, the rapid-fire pulse rifle is still very lethal with its damage perk, and No Time to Explain is still an S-rank pick. You might be better off with a different pulse rifle for PvP, but it’s a fantastic void-themed primary weapon for PvE.

9 Taipan-4FR
How to obtain: Crafted in the legendary world engram The Enclave.
Linear fusion rifles are the current meta for boss DPS, including GM Nightfalls and raids. Most LFRs are very difficult to obtain and require raiding or playing Trials of Osiris. Taipan is not only an exception to this, but also one of the hardest LFRs in the game.
Completing simple Enclave quests unlocks the ability to craft the Taipan-4FR. It has the same notable perk mix as its Stasis cousin, Reed’s Regret. Triple Tap and Firing Lines are S-tier combos for endgame PvE content., dealing massive damage from the weapon’s origin perk, Veist Stinger, and being able to intermittently auto-reload. It’s the easiest linear fusion rifle to get your hands on, with incredible ammo efficiency that hits hard.

8 Leviathan’s Breath
How to obtain: I bought it from the tower’s Exotic Kiosk.
Leviathan’s Breath has received so many buffs lately that it’s slowly creeping into meta territory. This heavy bow unleashes devastating arrows that explode on impact, instantly stunning unblockable champions. The DPS of this bow with Catalyst is comparable to most Rocket Launchers, and the forced proc effect makes it great for taking out small groups of tanky enemies. For PvE, this weapon is arguably S-ranked in the right hand.
You may have a hard time taking down enemies with this bow in PvP, but give it a try in Gambit. The bow will instantly kill the opposing guardian if it knocks the arrow outright, making it the ultimate counter to invaders and a solid weapon for earning Han army medallions. It is also very ammo efficient as a backup Primeval DPS weapon. However, for the actual Crucible, we recommend using Rocket Launcher or Grenade Launcher.
7 royal entry
How to obtain: Vanguard Ops matches and engrams.
If you’re interested in PvE DPS, Royal Entry is one of the best DPS rocket launchers in Destiny 2. Impact Casing (or Alloy Case if not using Lunafaction Boots), Field Prep and Clown Cartridge are all available. same roll. And since the weapon is void, it can trigger instability when Echoes of Instability is active.
It can be difficult to achieve on non-grenade builds, but those who want to squeeze the most DPS out of their weapons should own the Royal Entry. without instability The Royal Entry is a great heavy weapon that excels in raids and GM Nightfalls.

6 Celkis’ Fate
How to obtain: King’s Fall Raid.
Nearly every King’s Fall weapon has a fantastic perk pool, but none of them can match Doom of Chelchis. This weapon has pretty much everything you could want in a base weapon, from consistency traits to double damage perks.
Playing endgame PvE content? Roll with Adaptive Munitions and Frenzy. Looking for extra slain monsters? use fireflies and dragonflies. Are you a Crucible main? give Range Finder and Eye of the Storm trial. There are rolls for all types of players, and weapons can be crafted. The Void build also grants you Volatile Rounds on this weapon, giving you an extra clear level that no Scout Rifle can match. If there’s one scout rifle worth chasing, it’s the Chelkis’ Bane.

5 telesto
How to obtain: Exotic engrams.
When not breaking Destiny 2 in unexpected ways, Telesto is slicing through numerous enemies with unparalleled efficiency. Shots from this weapon crystallize on impact and explode if an enemy is nearby. This allows you to: Place explosive traps on enemies Removes Telesto’s damage reduction.
The end result is a fusion rifle that can kill enemies it feeds at extreme range and can create clever traps in the Crucible. The Telesto is hard-hitting, easy-to-use, and extremely ammo-efficient. Players call it “the best” for a reason.
4 Funnel Web
How to obtain: Legendary world engrams.
Funnelweb is the spiritual successor to Recluse, Destiny 2’s most meta-defining weapon in Year 2. This SMG features an absurdly fast rate of fire of 900 RPM, an originating perk that automatically reloads part of the magazine from time to time. There is a fantastic mix of perks for PvE and PvP.
Subsistence and Frenzy are the heart of PvE., This weapon allows you to fire tons of bullets before reloading. Frenzy boosts weapon damage and drastically reduces reload time, leading to an extra killing machine. Killing Wind and Range Finders for PvP Both allow this weapon to duel at 22-24 meters with good rolls. As far as Void Primaries go, Funnelweb can’t be beaten.

three coarse language
How to obtain: A legendary engram.
Fans of the Wave-Frame Grenade Launcher have finally added the Void variant to their collection. Compared to Deafening Whisper, Wild Language is more powerful due to its better perk selection and great origin trait. What really stands out here is unstable round, a perk that grants volatility to nearby enemies when the target dies. This gives a harsh language discount volatile round with a short internal cooldown.
If you are already using a build that includes Volatile Rounds, This is currently the only Wave-Frame GL you can get a Repulsor Brace for., S-rank perks for end-game PvE content. Trigger Volatile Rounds, get kills and enjoy lasting Void Overshield. Pairing this with Wellspring gives you massive ability energy for quick kills, making it the ultimate Wave-Frame GL for Void users.

2 Monarch
How to obtain: I bought it from the tower’s Exotic Kiosk. Requires 1 Exotic Cipher, 125,000 Glimmer, 200 Legendary Shards, and 1 Ascendant Shard.
Few Exotics have endgame content as well as Le Monarque. This exotic bow fires toxic arrows that emit a toxic mist under the right conditions. If you have good aim and can time it perfectly, you can easily create this poison cloud to do serious damage.
In PvE, Le Monarque is perfect against overloaded champions. Fighting against the majors isn’t bad either. And if you can trigger Volatile Rounds on this weapon, you can brute force a Match Game action and kill a champion on its own. You can also one-shot the guardian in PvP with a powerful damage buff. Needless to say, Le Monarque is an elementary powerhouse.
One mod escape
How to obtain: Season of the Seraph content.
If you want a heavy weapon that is a jack of all trades, look no further than the Retrofit Escapade. This Void Machine Gun holds a ton of reserve ammo, fires 900 rounds per minute and has an amazing perk pool for single target DPS. fourth hour charm and target lock This fantastic combination of guns allows you to hit targets repeatedly to increase damage and generate ammo. When used with Volatile Rounds, it does DPS comparable to most linear fusion rifles, and has plenty of ammo to add to your end game content. There aren’t many heavy weapons that can say the same thing.
